1. Who we are & how this notice works
Kravyn is a 24/7 gaming lobby app — a public chat room where players from any console hang out, joined by posts, clips, and screenshots that surface directly in the same stream. This notice covers the Kravyn mobile app and the public pages at kravyn.gg.
When we make a material change to this notice, we update the effective date above. For a change significant enough to matter to how you use Kravyn, we also update the Terms & Community Rules version in the app, which prompts every existing user to review the updated terms — and this notice — the next time they open Kravyn.
2. What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run the product, keep it safe, and support you.

3. How we use it
- Run the public lobby and your direct messages.
- Keep the community safe: reports, moderation, blocks, and appeals.
- Send transactional email (password reset, account notices) and push notifications you have enabled.
- Operate, secure, and improve Kravyn.
We do not use your data for anything beyond this.
4. What we never do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We run no targeted advertising, and no advertising, analytics, attribution, or tracking SDKs.
- We do not collect biometric identifiers or precise location.
- We do not run profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
- We do not target anyone under 18 with advertising, sale, or profiling of any kind.
5. What is public
Your profile, posts, comments, votes (like/dislike counts — never who cast them), and everything you post in the lobby are visible to anyone using Kravyn. When you share a post link, it also opens a public web preview page — the sender's handle, avatar, a short snippet, and the first image — viewable by anyone with the link, without an account.
6. What is private
Direct messages and alliance (private crew) content are restricted by database-level access rules so only participants can read them — but they are not end-to-end encrypted. We are technically able to access this content, for example to investigate a report. We do not read it otherwise.

9. Your rights
You can request to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, and you can appeal a moderation decision.
- Delete your account any time, in-app under Profile → Delete account, or without signing in at kravyn.gg/delete-account.
- Everything else — access, correction, portability, or a general privacy question — email support@kravyn.gg. No account is required to contact us.
We respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where the law allows it. We will never ask for more identifying information than we need to verify it is really you.
10. Minors
Kravyn is 18+. We ask for your date of birth at signup and check it on our servers, so an account below the minimum age is never created. Your date of birth is never shared or shown to anyone.
Kravyn is not directed to children. We do not sell, target with advertising, or profile the data of anyone under 18 — and because we run no advertising and no tracking at all, that holds for every user regardless of age.
11. Security & breach
Every table in our database has row-level security enabled, so access is enforced by the database itself, not just application code. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and any regulators required by law.
12. EU / Digital Services Act
If you believe content on Kravyn is illegal, you can notify us at kravyn.gg/report — no account required. When we remove content, the person who posted it receives a statement of reasons explaining why, and can appeal that decision.
